Shirt - For neck size, measure around the lower portion of the neck. For sleeve length, hold the tape end at the centre back of the shirt collar, then measure over the top of the shoulder and down the outside of the arm to point where you want the sleeve to end.

Jacket - For chest measurement, place the tape high under the armpits, over the clothing to be worn under the jacket. For sleeve length, hold the tape end at the centre back of the shirt collar, then measure over the top of the shoulder and down the outside of the arm to point where you want the sleeve to end.

Pant - For waist size, measure the waist, above the belt approximately the point where the waistband sits on a comfortably fitting pair of pants. Pull the tape to be as snug as a comfortable pair of pants. For inseam length put on a comfortable fitting pair of pants in the positing normally worn and measure the inseam of the pant leg from the crotch seam down to the top of the shoe heel. Measure while standing erect and looking straight ahead.

Bust - Note that bust sizing is not the same as bra sizing, and must be properly measured for a correct fit. Measure around the shoulder blades, under the arms and around the fullest portion of the bust.

Waist - Measure around the natural waistline.

Seat - Measure around the fullest part of the seat.
